In order to achieve optimum balance between calculation efficiency and color prediction accuracy, it is necessary to carry out further experiments to determine relationship between cellular grade and model accuracy and make analysis to determine optimal cellule division grade. The final cellular Neugebauer model will be used in reverse-order printing color division model.
And the experiments showed that the effect of polynomial fitting color separation was better than that of the Neugebauer equations, which indicated the advantage of polynomial model to deal with the problem of nonlinear space transformation. Because of easy combination of the dark tone, we added sampling points in the dark tone to improve separation precision. Also, we improved the cells search method. The experimental results showed that this method could improve the separation accuracy. And the largest color difference was declined obviously.
